This petition is filed for modification of the order dated 06.02.2015 vide Cr. Misc. No. 44458 of 2013. There was a condition in the aforesaid order that the petitioner shall appear on each and every date during pendency of the case. The condition appears to be exorbitant and therefore the order dated 06.02.2015 is modified to the extent that the petitioner shall physically appear in court as and when required, but the petitioner shall not absent himself on four consecutive dates.
