Learned counsel, appearing on behalf of the petitioners, faced with this situation, seeks permission to withdraw this application with a liberty to raise all such plea as have been raised in the present application at the stage of framing of charge.
Permission is accorded.
This application is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as aforesaid.
