JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 01-12-2021 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner prays for grant of regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, petitioner and her family members caused death of the daughter of the informant due to non-fulfilment of demand of dowry.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. There is general and omnibus allegation against all the accused persons and no specific overt act has been alleged against the petitioner who happens to be father-in-law of the deceased and lives separately and husband of the deceased is already in custody. Petitioner is in custody since 6.1.2021.

Let the petitioner, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sessions Judge, Bhojpur at Ara in Imadpur Police Station Case No. 93 of 2020.
