The petitioner is apprehending her arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 353, 379, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The prosecution case is that on 10.08.2015 the informant being the Headmistress of Primary School, Dharni Bigha distributing the amount with regard to dress and scholarship in presence of other teachers and coordinator Pramod Kumar. In the meantime, the petitioner being Secretary of the school along with her father-in-law Ramswarth Yadav made an attempt to snatch money with regard to dress and scholarship schemes. They also threatened not to make distribution without their permission, leading to registration of police case.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.9115 of 2016 (2) dt.29-02-2016 It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner being the Secretary of the school made protest for the irregularities being committed in the distribution of the money under the dress and scholarship scheme. The informant has retracted from the initial version and filed a petition to that effect before learned court below. Statement has been made in para-3 of the petition that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Considering the fact that informant has retracted from the initial version, let the above named petitioner be released on bail in the event of her arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawada in connection with Pakaribarawan P.S. Case No. 151 of 2015, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
