JUSTICE SANDEEP KUMAR ORAL ORDER 19-07-2023 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Amas P.S. Case No. 258 of 2022 for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 341, 323, 307, 379 & 506 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioners have got no criminal antecedent and they are in custody since 04.03.2023.

Both the petitioners are said to have assaulted the injured.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like
