2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest for the offences alleged under Section 120 B of the Indian Penal Code and 25(1-B)A/26 Arms Act registered in connection with Gaya Mufassil P.S. Case No.422 of 2015.

3. It is submitted that the petitioners have been falsely implicated merely on the statement of the informant alleging that the petitioners supplied cartridges and a pistol to one Rahul Kumar. No recovery of any incriminating article has been made from the petitioners.

4. Learned APP assisted by the learned counsel for the informant appears suo motu and have been heard.

5. Considering the nature of the allegation, I am not inclined to release the petitioners on anticipatory bail in connection with Gaya Mufassil P.S. Case No.422 of 2015 pending in the court of learned C.J.M., Gaya, District- Gaya.

6. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioners is rejected.
