Case No. 194 of 2016 registered under section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and

Patna High Court CWJC No.11628 of 2019(3) dt.23-06-2020 2/2 Excise Act, 2016.

ii. For issuance of any relief/reliefs which may be deem fit and proper.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the petition.

The petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to initiate appropriate proceedings in accordance with law.
