====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE A. ABHISHEK REDDY ORAL ORDER 28-07-2025 Without going into the merits or demerits of the case the present writ petition is disposed of at the stage of Admission with the consent of all the counsels.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner states that the only grievance of the petitioner is to see that the complaint filed by the petitioner which has been numbered as complaint no. 202526012000360 registered on 07.04.2025 is pending before the Respondent No. 5 i.e. the Banking OMBUDSMAN be heard and concluded.

3. Having regard to the same, the present writ petition is disposed of directing the Respondent No. 5 to hear and

Patna High Court CWJC No.9535 of 2025(3) dt.28-07-2025 2/2 dispose of the complaint made by the petitioner bearing complaint no. 202526012000360 registered on 07.04.2025 which is pending adjudication before the said authority. The authority shall endeavour to dispose of the said complaint as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of the copy of this order. It is needless to mention that before passing any order, the authority shall put all the parties on notice and giving them an opportunity of hearing. Any order passed shall be communicated to the parties.

4. With the above directions, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
