10-02-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

At an earlier occasion while prayer for bail of petitioner was rejected in Cr. Misc. No. 17188/2015 vide order dated 04.05.2015 it was observed:

"However, trial Court is directed to expedite the trial and will conclude the same within six months." From the report received at the end of learned lower court it is evident that uptill now only one witness Arun Kumar Singh has been examined.

Further, petitioner is the sole assailant of injured, but his detention since 12.02.2015 and further absence of criminal antecedent coupled with fact that occurrence had taken place

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.55710 of 2015 (3) dt.10-02-2016 2/2 during occurrence of altercation amongst the parties, Accordingly, petitioner, Solat Singh is directed to be released on bail after furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Assistant Sessions Judge IInd, Khagaria in connection with Beldour P.S.
