The prayer made is to modify the order dated 13th February, 2019, so as to make it executable by the respondentUniversity by providing that the bills relating to the payment of the petitioners may be submitted within two weeks by the
Patna High Court MJC No.2157 of 2018(4) dt.20-02-2019 2/2 concerned College and within four weeks thereafter the University will ensure the payments.
We accordingly modify the order dated 13.02.2019 to the aforesaid extent and direct that the respondent no. 6 shall tender the bills within two weeks from today and the time period for clearing the said bills and making the payments is extended by four weeks thereafter.
