The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Jagdishpur (Bypass) P.S. Case No. 75/2021 registered for the offences punishable under Section 307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the on the trivial dispute, the parties have fought and there is general and omnibus allegation of assault against the petitioner. Injury is simple in nature.

Accordingly, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of eight weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Bhagalpur, in connection with Jagdishpur (Bypass) P.S. Case No. 75/2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
