Petitioner seeks bail in LNMU P.S. Case No.283 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 399, 402 Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-b)A, 26, 35 of the Arms Act. It is alleged that police arrested three persons on suspicion that they have assembled to commit crime. From possession of the petitioner, one knife and Rs.6500/- was recovered.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that Petitioner is in custody since 04.12.2018.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.38461 of 2019(2) dt.27-06-2019 2/2 above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Darbhanga, in connection with LNMU P.S. Case No.283 of 2018, subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be close relative of the petitioner.
