The name of petitioner was disclosed by co-accused who were caught on spot and paragraph-11 of the petition reveals that co-accused Vimlesh Kumar and Kishun Sahani, who were caught on the spot, have already been granted privilege of bail by a coordinate bench of this court.

Accordingly, petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Ahiyapur P.S. Case No. 668 of 2014 to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur.
