JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 22-03-2021 The present petition has been filed for directing the respondents to consider the case of the petitioner for promotion on the post of Panchayat Supervisor in the pay-scale of Rs. 5000-8000/- in the light of the 7th Pay Commission recommendations.
The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted at the outset that the petitioner would be approaching the District Magistrate, Sheikhpura for redressal of his aforesaid grievances and the District Magistrate, Sheikhpura be directed to consider his representation and dispose off the same within a stipulated time frame.
Patna High Court CWJC No.10835 of 2020(2) dt.22-03-2021 2/2 Accordingly, the present petition stands disposed off with liberty to the petitioner to approach the District Magistrate, Sheikhpura by filing appropriate representation and in case such a representation is filed within a period of two weeks from today, the same shall be disposed off in accordance with law by the District Magistrate, Sheikhpura within a period of eight weeks thereafter.
It is needless to state that in case the petitioner is found entitled to promotion, the consequential action shall follow.
