The accusation against the petitioner is that she illegally withdrew amount of Indra Awash scheme but submission on behalf of the petitioner is that the petitioner was selected for Indira Awash and accordingly, amount was deposited in her account but unfortunately, in BPL father's name of her husband was wrongly typed and taking advantage of the aforesaid mistake, prosecution lodged this false case. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Darbhanga in Bahera P.S. Case no. 382/2014.
