This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Araria P.S. Case No. 1035 of 2019 for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 188, 447, 448, 353 and 427 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners drawn the attention of this Court to the order dated 03.07.2020 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No.12846 of 2020 (Annexure-2), by which similarly situated co-accused persons have been granted

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.46550 of 2021(2) dt.23-05-2022 2/2 anticipatory bail by a Bench of this Court.

For the reason recorded in the order dated 03.07.2020 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No.12846 of 2020, this application is also allowed.

Let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest/surrender within four weeks from today in the Court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria, in connection with Araria P.S. Case No. 1035 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
