Case No. 42 of 2021 dated 13.01.2021 lodged under Section 147, 149, 341, 223, 323, 353 & 427 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the State submits that charge sheet has already been filed against the petitioner. In this background, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present writ petition with
