BAJANTHRI ORAL ORDER 06-01-2022 The matter is heard via video conferencing due to circumstances prevailing on account of Covid-19 pandemic. In the instant petition, petitioner has prayed for the following reliefs;- (a) "For commanding the respondents to immediately provide employment to petitioners selected in final panel recommended for recruitment as IT managers by Bihar Prashasanik Sudhar Mission Society ( hereinafter referred to as BPSM) in November 2017 in various departments of Government of Bihar and Universities and panel to be continued till employment provided to all the petitioenrs of the panel.

Patna High Court CWJC No.207 of 2021(6) dt.06-01-2022 2/3 (b) For commanding and directions be given to Bihar Prashasanik Sudhar Mission Society ( BPSM) to not dissolve the panel of finally selected candidated till the employment provided to all petitioners.

(c) Also for directing the Principal Secretary, General Administration Department to ensure issuance of appointment letter to all the petitioners as IT managers in various departments of government of Bihar and Universities.

(d) And also for any other relief or reliefs for which the petitioner is found entitled in the eye of law."

Forth respondent is hereby directed to examine the petitioner's grievance as to whether post of IT Managers in the Bihar Prashasanik Sudhar Mission Society ( BPSM) is to be filled up pursuant to the final panel recommended, list notified in the manual of November, 2017 in various departments of the Government and Universities or not. In this regard speaking order shall be passed and communicated to the respective petitioner as to whether he/she has vested right to be appointed

Patna High Court CWJC No.207 of 2021(6) dt.06-01-2022 3/3 to the post of IT Managers pursuant to the final panel select list in the manual of November, 2017. The above exercise shall be completed within a period of three months from the date of receipt of the order.

With the aforesaid observations, this writ petition stands disposed of.
