2. None appears on behalf of the applicant. From the records of the case, it transpires that by order dated 20.12.2018, the applicant was directed to remove the defects within four weeks after Christmas holidays. Thereafter, the petitioner has consistently not been appearing on the various dates in the past such as, 30.08.2019, 25.10.2019 and 22.11.2019. On the last said date i.e. 22.11.2019, three weeks' final time was granted for removal of defects, but the order has not yet been complied with.

3. The applicant is clearly not interested in prosecuting the matter and the petition accordingly stands dismissed.
