Petitioner and co-accused Ranjeet Sahni having entered into the house of the informant made attempt to commit rape but admittedly, co-accused Ranjeet Sahni having more or less similar allegation has already been granted privilege of bail by a Coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 18.9.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No.37641 of 2015.

Accordingly, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.128 of 2016 (2) dt.05-01-2016 2/2 of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Sessions Judge-III, Begusarai in connection with Sahebpur Kamal P.S. Case No.93 of 2015.
