The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Gogri P.S. Case No. 64 of 2019, G.R. No. 524 of 2019 registered under Sections 447, 307, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Allegation against the petitioner is that petitioner along with 3-4 co-accused persons had come to the house of the informant and asked him to provide an instrument for irrigating the land and on refusal of the informant, petitioner started abusing and also gave threatening of firing. After two days of the said occurrence, petitioner along with co-accused persons again came at the house of the informant and started firing in air and fled away.

No.34374 of 2019(2) dt.27-05-2019 2/2 It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the reasons for the firing, being made by the informant, is false and are highly exaggerated. Admittedly, nobody sustained any injury. Petitioner was not apprehended on spot. It is further submitted that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

The application for anticipatory bail is opposed by the learned APP appearing for the State.

Having heard the counsels for the parties and in view of the facts and circumstances stated hereinabove, the petitioner namely, Bijo Singh @ Vijendra Singh @ Bijendra Singh is directed to surrender in the court below within a period of four weeks from today and in case of his arrest or surrender, he shall be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria in connection with Gogri P.S. Case No. 64 of 2019, G.R. No. 524 of 2019, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
