JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 01-07-2019 During the pendency of the writ application, the respondents have revoked the order of suspension and also held out that the petitioner is entitled to payment of full salary during the period of suspension.

The office order was issued on the report of the

Patna High Court CWJC No.12344 of 2018(4) dt.01-07-2019 2/2 Enquiry Officer who has exonerated the petitioner from all the charges.

In view of the above,the writ petition stands disposed of with direction to the respondents to take appropriate decision granting consequential benefit of revocation of suspension within a period of 60 days.
