The petitioner, namely, Amit Kumar Yadav @ Amit Kumar is in custody in Forbesganj P.S. Case No.147 of 2015 under Sections 363, 365, 366(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code. According to the F.I.R., the informant's daughter was kidnapped by this petitioner and co-accused persons.

Subsequently, the daughter of the informant has been recovered who is alleged about 18 years and 164 statement has been recorded wherein she has categorically stated that this petitioner forcibly took her on motorcycle and kept her for about 15 days and even established physical relationship.

In view of the above, at this stage, the petitioner is not
