Perused the impugned order dated 06.09.2016 passed by learned 6th Additional District Judge, Patna City, Patna in Title Appeal No.126 of 2010.

From perusal of the impugned order, it appears that the court below has considered the points which are being raised before this Court by the petitioner and then found that the certified copies have already been filed by the appellants and the documents have already been marked exhibit and that none of the ingredients for allowing application under Order 41 Rule 27 CPC is applicable and accordingly has rejected the application. Thus, I find no reason to interfere with the impugned order in exercise of supervisory jurisdiction. Accordingly, this civil miscellaneous application is dismissed. Harish/- (Mungeshwar Sahoo, J) U
