2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2018.

3. Total 5.325 litres of foreign liquor and country made liquor has been recovered from Mallah Tola.

4. It is submitted that nothing has been recovered from conscious possession of these petitioners. Recovery has been made from open place which is accessible to general public. Petitioners claim clean antecedents.

5. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioners

No.41867 of 2023(2) dt.04-08-2023 2/2 above-named, in the event of their arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Special Judge Excise-II, Aurangabad in connection with Daudnagar P.S. Case No. 143 of 2022, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
