In this case, the petitioner is seeking bail in Supaul P.S. Case No. 72 of 2015 registered under Sections 147, 148, 341, 323, 324, 325, 307, 379 and 504 of the IPC.

Allegation against the petitioner has been made to have assaulted the informant with Lathi due to which fracture injury was caused to the informant. The petitioner is in jail since 9th March 2015. Earlier, prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected with liberty to renew his prayer after six month s. Looking to the facts and circumstances of the case, petitioner Ramesh Kumar Yadav is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Addl.
