Petitioner could not furnish bail bond in pursuance of order granting anticipatory bail on 24.02.2020 in Cr. Appeal (SJ) No. 4371 of 2019 in connection with Parihar P.S. Case No. 40 of 2018.

Submission is that due to Covid-19 effect, the court work was paralyzed. Hence, bail bond could not be furnished.

By way of last chance, further four weeks' time is allowed to the petitioner to furnish bail bond.
