JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 14-12-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner and some others are named with accusation that they assaulted the informant's father by means of lathi but only one injury was found on the person of the deceased and taking note of the aforesaid fact, some F.I.R. named accused have already been granted privilege of bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.56565 of 2015 (2) dt.14-12-2015 2/2 two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawada in connection with Akbarpur P.S. Case No. 01 of 2015.
