Mr. Satyavrata Verma, learned counsel for the Jharkhand State Electricity Board, however, submits that he has received instructions, although no show cause has been filed as yet, that the family pension of the petitioner was revised with effect from 01.01.2006 and the arrears of difference of family pension were also paid to her by cheque dated 08.02.2013 and thereafter the petitioner is getting the revised pension.

In the above circumstances, the contempt application is dismissed.
