JUSTICE SUNIL KUMAR PANWAR ORAL ORDER 13-10-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned APP for the State and perused the case diary. The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 498A and 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegedly, it is a case of cruelty to the informant due to non-fulfilment of dowry demand.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that the petitioners are in-laws of the informant

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.46876 of 2021(9) dt.13-10-2022 2/2 and they have no concern with the mess and business of the informant and her husband, namely, Abhay Kumar Singh. Petitioners have clean antecedent.

Learned APP appearing for the State opposed the anticipatory bail.

Considering the aforesaid submissions, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned SDJM, Jehanabad in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No. 26 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
