This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Sathi P.S. Case No.50 of 2025 registered for the offence punishable under sections 8/20(b)(ii)(b), 23(b) of the N.D.P.S. Act and under section 317(5) of the B.N.S. 2023. 3.

There is recovery of 5.3 Kg. of ganja from the petitioner. He is in custody since 23.02.2025. 4.

Considering the quantum of recovery of ganja, I am not inclined to grant the petitioner privilege of regular bail. Accordingly, this bail application is rejected for the present.
