JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 22-01-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. 50 liters of country made liquor are said to have been recovered from the house of the petitioner but admittedly, petitioner was not caught on the spot.

Submission on behalf of the petitioner is that the aforesaid liquor was recovered from the joint house and moreover, petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria in connection with Case No. C.C.50 of 2014.
