JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 17-02-2021 This application has been filed for modification of order dated 06.03.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 13217 of 2020 for extension of period of surrender.

Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that earlier petitioners were granted anticipatory bail by order dated 06.03.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 13217 of 2020, whereby they were directed to surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of the order, but the petitioners could not surrender within time due to Corona pandemic and lockdown.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.8381 of 2021(2) dt.17-02-2021 2/2 In view of the aforesaid fact, six weeks further time from the date of receipt of this order is allowed to the petitioners to surrender in the court below.
