The petitioner has filed the instant application for modification of the order dated 11.6..2020, whereby while granting bail to the petitioner in connection with Kotwali P.S. Case no. 17 of 2020, the petitioner was directed to surrender in the Court below within a period of eight weeks. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that in compliance of the order dated 10.2.2021 passed by this Court, a supplementary affidavit has been filed bringing on record the receipt of deposit of cost of Rs. 5,000/- with the Patna High Court Legal Services Committee.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.8083 of 2021(3) dt.17-03-2021 2/2 taking into consideration the submissions made on behalf of the petitioner and the contents of the modification application, the Court is inclined to allow the prayer of the petitioner. The order dated 11.6.2020 (Annexure-1) passed in Cr. Misc. No. 11903 of 2020 is modified and the time granted to the petitioner in the said order to surrender in the learned Court below is extended by a further period of six weeks from today. The remaining part of the order dated 11.6.2020 shall remain unchanged.

The application stands allowed to the above extent. (Partha Sarthy, J) sushma/- U
