Despite repeated calls, none appeared on behalf of the petitioner. Learned APP for the State is, however, present. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 341, 323, 342, 354 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code, registered in connection with Patepur P.S.Case No.90 of 2021.

The specific allegation against the petitioner is that he assaulted the informant with iron rod on his head. The injury report has been received which shows that the informant has suffered grievous injury on his head which is

Considering the allegation against the petitioner, he is not entitled for anticipatory bail, which is hereby rejected. Office shall ensure that all defects are removed by the petitioner within the stipulated time as provided hereinabove, failing which the matter shall be brought to the notice of this Court.
