2. The present petition has been filed for initiating a contempt proceeding against the opposite parties for willful disobedience of the judgment of this Court dated 24.04.2018 passed in CWJC No. 4607 of 2018.

3. At the very outset, learned counsel for the opposite parties submits that the judgment of the writ court stands complied in terms of the letter dated 10.05.2018 (Annexure-A to the show cause) which has been acknowledged by the petitioner himself in his letter dated 10.05.2018 (Annexure-D to the show cause).

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has not disputed the aforesaid fact but however reiterates his request for grant of installments for making payment of the outstanding amount.

5. Having heard learned counsel for the parties, this Court is satisfied that the judgment of the writ court stands complied with. The contempt petition stands disposed of.
