This application has been filed for allowing correction in the name of father of the petitioner and the village name which according to learned counsel for the petitioner was inadvertently wrongly typed in Cr.Misc.No.22205/2020 which was disposed of vide order dated 30.09.2020. In paragraph '4' of the present application the following statements have been made:- "That the correct name would be Kamal Yadav son of Basudev Yadav resident village - Semra P.S. Ramnagar District

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.31836 of 2020(2) dt.02-12-2020 2/2 West Champaran."

Mr. Choubey Jawahar, learned APP for the State is present and has no objection to the present application. In the nature of the materials on the record, let the correction be carried out in Cr.Misc.No.22205/2020 and the order dated 30.09.2020 by which the prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail has been considered and allowed be read containing the correct name and address as mentioned in paragraph '4' of the present application. Rest of the order shall remain intact.

This application stands disposed of.
