The present petition has been filed for restoration of a writ petition bearing CWJC No. 22164 of 2014 which stood dismissed for non-prosecution by an order dated 22.06.2018. For the reasons mentioned in the present petition, the present petition is allowed and it is directed that the aforesaid writ petition bearing CWJC No. 22164 of 2014 be restored to its original file subject to deposit of a sum of Rs. 500/- with the Patna High Court Legal Aid Committee.

The petition stands disposed off with the aforesaid observations.
