JUSTICE SANJEEV PRAKASH SHARMA ORAL ORDER 11-02-2022 Heard the parties through video conferencing. The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Islampur P.S. Case No. 41 of 2020 instituted for the offences punishable under Sections 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that as per the investigation, it is apparent that the allegation against the petitioner is of purchasing of a stolen vehicle, which the petitioner has no knowledge about being stolen. Offence would not go beyond Section 412 of the Indian Penal Code. Taking into consideration the nature of allegations, I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner, in the
