The petitioner is languishing in custody since 28.07.2015 in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 20/22 of the NDPS Act in connection with Special Case No.18(B)/2004, pending before the learned 3rd Additional District and Sessions Judge, Barh, Patna.

On 16.02.2004, the house of the petitioner was raided and from where 21 kgs. ganja was recovered. Considering the case of 2004 and the petitioner has gone into custody in 28.07.2015, this court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the application for bail on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.57568 of 2015 (2) dt.08-01-2016 2/2 behalf of the petitioner is rejected.

Let the learned court below conclude the trial expeditiously.
