This is an application for regular bail on behalf of the petitioner for the offences alleged under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code registered in connection with Ghosi P.S.Case No. 196 of 2022. Co-accused Rishikesh Narayan Bhonshale was apprehended in a branch of the Bank while producing a cheque of Rs.75,00,000/- to be deposited in the account of one Amit Kumar. The seizure list shows that 20 blank cheques were also recovered from the possession of said Rishikesh Narayan Bhonshale. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Except the confessional statement of co-accused, there is nothing against the petitioner and co-accused Rishikesh Narayan Bhonshale, who was arrested with a fake cheque and blank cheques, has been granted bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court. The case of the petitioner is on better footing than that of co-accused Rishikesh Narayan Bhonshale. The petitioner is in custody since 11.04.2023.

Considering the above facts and circumstances as well as the clean antecedent, let the petitioner, above-named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jehanabad in connection with Ghoshi P.S.Case No. 196 of 2022, subject to the following conditions:-

1. The petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available on each and every date fixed at the trial till framing of charges, and if he fails to appear on two consecutive dates without any reason or unavoidable circumstances, the court below shall be at liberty to cancel his bail bond.

2. If the petitioner is found involved in future in the similar type of offence, his bail bond shall be liable to be cancelled.
