2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Begusarai Town P.S. Case No. 114 of 2023, registered for the offence punishable under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25(1-b)a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act.

3. As per prosecution case, one country made pistol, some cartridges, one tab and mobile phone have been recovered from the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 18.02.2023.

4. Since the petitioner have seven criminal antecedents, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

5. Accordingly, his prayer for bail has been rejected.

6. The District Judge, Begusarai is directed to get the trial of all the cases registered against him expedited.
