2. The petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. It is a case of dowry death.

4. Petitioner is elder brother of the husband of the deceased. There is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner and no specific overt act has been alleged against him. It is further submitted that the petitioner is separate in mess and business. Thrust of allegation is against the husband of the deceased Sunil Kumar Yadav who has already been allowed regular bail by a bench of this Court vide order passed in Cr.Mis.No. 47856/2023.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.38840 of 2023(4) dt.25-09-2023 2/2 of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender within six weeks from today, let the petitioner, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Sessions Judge I, Barh in NTPC Police Station Case No. 21 of 2022, subject to the conditions laid down under section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
