Perused the impugned order dated 04.08.2015, passed in OA 508/2015. A case has to be built up on solid foundation. Speculative kind of proceeding initiated and twice rejected by the Tribunal in absence of those clinching evidence is not required to be interfered with. The order of the Tribunal does not suffer from any infirmity, which requires to be rectified in this writ application. Writ is dismissed.
