Petitioner is in custody in connection with Bodhgaya P.S. Case No. 177 of 2019 for the offence under sections 272, 273, of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act, 2016.

In the instant case total 90 liters of liquor was seized.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and nothing was recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. Case No. 177 of 2019.
