Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State and learned counsel, appearing for the informant.

Petitioner No. 1 is said to have given knife blow on the face of the informant whereas; petitioner No. 2 assaulted the informant's wife.

Photostat copy of injury report is annexed as Annexure-2 to this petition and from perusal of the same, it appears that altogether four injuries were found on the person of the informant but all the aforesaid injuries were simple in nature. So far as injury of Lathi is concerned; there is nothing on the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.56504 of 2015 (2) dt.14-12-2015 2/2 record to suggest that the informant's wife sustained any injury. Moreover, petitioners are in jail custody since 20-11-2015. Accordingly, petitioners named above, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Revelganj P.S. Case No. 123 of 2015 to the satisfaction of Ms. Divya Prakash, learned Judicial Magistrate-Ist Class, Saran at Chapra.
