The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Islampur P.S. Case No.94 of 2015 registered under Sections 307, 504, 323, 341, 147, 148, 149 and later on added Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code besides Section 27 of the Arms Act.

The allegation of the informant, Mukesh Singh, is that on 04.04.2015 in the morning at about 07.15 A.M. when he alongwith his father was going to Hilsa, on the order of this petitioner, the co-accused, Yogendra Singh, shot fire at the father of the informant causing injury to him who later on died. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that it would appear from the F.I.R. that the specific allegation of firing shot at the father of the informant is against the co-accused, Yogendra Singh. The petitioner is only said to be an order giver. The petitioner is in custody since 07.09.2015. Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the A.C.J.M., Hilsa (Nalanda), in connection with Islampur P.S. Case No.94 of 2015.
