====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 19-07-2023 This application has been filed for modification of order dated 25.04.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 9584 of 2023 to the extent of name of the Court.

Due to inadvertence in the main petition, instead of 'A.C.J.M. Beniptti, Dist.- Madhubani' it was wrongly typed as 'Ld. Addl. Session Judge-IX, Madhubani'. Same error has occurred in aforesaid order dated 25.04.2023. Accordingly,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.45797 of 2023(2) dt.19-07-2023 2/2 learned counsel for the petitioner requests for necessary correction in the order.

In view of aforesaid fact, in order dated 25.04.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 9584 of 2023 in place of 'Ld. Addl. Session Judge-IX, Madhubani' it may be read as 'A.C.J.M. Beniptti, Dist.- Madhubani' and further four weeks' time is granted for furnishing bail-bond.

Accordingly, order dated 25.04.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 9584 of 2023 is modified to the above extent only. Modification petition is allowed.
