2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 30(a), 32(ii)(iii), 36 and 41(i)(ii) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

3. 1521 liters of foreign liquor has been recovered from a tractor.

4. It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that petitioner has got no concern either with the alleged tractor or seized liquor. Name of the petitioner transpired during course of investigation. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent of similar nature.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest or

Case No. 279 of 2023, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
