The present writ application has been filed by the petitioner for quashing the decision of the Bihar School Examination Board dated 05.02.2019 whereby the Director (Academic) of the Board directed to lodge F.I.R. against the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid, this writ application is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to approach the

Patna High Court CWJC No.12197 of 2019(2) dt.25-06-2019 2/2 appropriate forum in appropriate proceeding for quashing of the F.I.R.
